To put it simply, this forum needs the "View unanswered posts | View active topics | View new posts | View your posts" option. For quick navigation around the forums!
I've grown pretty dependent on having these options and use them very often on other forums. Without them I'm finding it really tedious to navigate this forum and without them I probably won't visit often 
There should also be "Avatar ©" and "Signature ©" options!
Also, is there a forum rules thread for rules specifically for the forums? I can't seem to find one and rules are necessary. Done! n_n
If these options already exist, feel free to call me up. I've just done a quick scan of the forum, found it a bit confusing and haven't been able to find any of these options so made this topic.

With this type of forum and forum host, it doesn't have a lot of these things available. I'm guessing you're used to WH/Lup forums, yes?
Those kinds are a lot different than this.
Some of those features would be helpful, sure, but I doubt it would be anything simple to add, if it can be added.

Unfortunately we are still a brand new chat, and are currently working out some kinks and glitches with the site. Our site is also not in ANY way like the Wolfhome Forum as you can see, so adding these features at the moment is a little out of our way. Same with the Avatar and signature issue. The forum rules are basically the same as the chat. No attacking others, no spamming, no double posts, etc. Also I would hope most users would know the typical chat forum rules.

Not just WH/Lup forums, no. I'm on a lot of forums (that aren't just phpBB) that have those options or something similar available for easy navigation, rather than checking each board individually. On here it seems the only relevant thing is the "participated" tab and that's only if you've commented on a certain thread before.
A rules thread should still be available for the forum regardless if the rules are basically the same. The forum has stuff that chat doesn't that need their own specific rules.
I hope things get rolling soon, hence why I even made this thread. The option is available for giving suggestions and ideas, not to be told "sorry, we're still new" - that shouldn't be an excuse. "We'll look into it in the future" sounds better.

Dear, there were no excuses put. This is still a rather new chat and forum, and we are still working out all the kinks and getting things set up. These things take time and patience, and we all have lives out of chat and off forum. It can't always happen right away.
I get that it's frustrating, I really do, but please bear with us.
We're doing what we can.
