I use SAI for most things, and photoshop CS5 for resizing and things of that sort.
SAI is my favorite, I love it sooooo much!

i've also started messing around with Krita lately 0: y'all should check it out, it reminds me of sai mixed with photoshop.

i believe there's a smoothing feature somewhere, if that's what you mean o: i might be able to find it and screenshot in a bit
